Joining Nirva in July 2024 and participating in the plans that have helped my health issues, my gut and diet issues and my physical wellbeing have been a game changer. I have had these problems for many years and not only was it affecting my body but also my mental health too. I had a very good experience with Nirva. Especially their yoga sessions are really helpful and did a lot of good for my mind and body. The sessions with Ayurveda doctor are also good, they check in and address many aspects of your life, including sleep, diet, work, stress etc. Very helpful team. Will recommend

Its a money making scheme in the name of ayurveda. The doctors working there say yes to everything so you will join.They change the diet every week and tell you to take supplements, tell you to do certain postures but your body does not know what is happening and you end up getting other illness. And then at the end of 12weeks when you have not reached the goal you told them about they say join again and we work on it.

Ever since I started my journey with nirva. I have felt supported and heard. At a very challenging time in my life it really was the best ad I clicked on on FB. From the weekly meetings to the twice daily yoga sessions (still missed due to revamp)... The practices calmed my overbusy nervous system and now I'm on a path of learning and enhancing my knowledge. The Nirva approach is holistic and practical, the offer of a 1/2 hour consultation to discuss personal issues 1:1 via Zoom is very generous. Definitely I would recommend considering this before trying anything else and maybe nothing else will be required.
