Customer support is great. Unfortunately there’s no live chat where one can ask questions and get an answer straight away. You’ll have to wait, but regularly the answer in 24 hours excluding weekends. I live in Germany and I still get answers to my questions within 24 hours, so Patience is NEEDED. Michael Kaminsky you’re the Guy. No matter what kind of issues I have, he always help. He’ll even make a call with you on a time that’s suitable for you based on where you live to screenshare with you and help you set the tools right if you’re not getting it done. He’ll even help you choose the right indicator and with their love it or replace it in 30 days offer you can exchange the indicator based in the same price range. Now, I’ll try my level touch Trader and Nasdaq Edge for 3 months and I’ll probably write a new rating if I finally gotten profitable in my trading journey. Thanks again Michael Kaminsky
