I think the video was a waste of time and money. 6 minutes for 40 bucks ridiculous.

I purchased a second machine license on Thursday and have not received intructions. I was hoping to review it over the weekend but you are closed. Your indicators are the best but service could tighten up a bit.

So far I've not been super happy with my experience. First, the indicators once loaded on your platform do not look or perform anything like on their demo videos. I understand when selling a product you put your best for the world to see, but not if your best isn't even close to the average of what someone can expect to see when they actually use the tool. Ninjatrader and trading in general is complex, I understand that. But the few indicators I've tried thus far (3) are far more difficult to set up than they have you believe in their demo video. Also, most of the demo videos are outdated. Some of them had videos from 2020 and Ninjatrader doesn't even have the same setup now, and I have to email both Ninjatrader and Ninjacators at the same time to resolve the issue. Their customer service is very good. They respond within a few hours or less when you email them which is nice. Although their main resolution for a problem is "watch the instructional video" which doesn't always help. Lastly, it would be nice if the instructional videos didn't just tell you how to change the settings of the indicators, but what those settings actually mean and do.

The response has been a little bit slow this time. Also I did have to de-install the tool bar to hopefully make the new indicator work. But it does not work on my platform. Hope after the meeting with Michael everything will be fine.

I like the PROMISE of what Ninjacators is selling, but I am not finding it very intuitive to get up and running. The jury is still out on what I think of the various products.
