Great in-app customer service. Appreciate the continual fixing of GUI bugs/issues, esp. for mobile/iPhone - I do so much over my phone. I wish the Process feature were stronger. Also deeply appreciate the non-profit discount. Keep up the great work! 👍

We have been doing EOS for almost 18 months. After 1 year we started using Ninety. It has been a game changer for us because it keeps all members of the leadership team fully accountable -- even more so than what Traction did by itself. It also makes our meetings more efficient, and thereby more effective.

It's been very helpful to manage our EOS tools. As we roll out into multiple teams, I wish we had the ability to assign To-Do and Rocks to people in our Directory, but not activated.

I only gave a 4 star as I've just recently started using My 90. I must say that so far I'm excited to use the program. I'm not far away from retirement so this comes from the perspective of someone that has been looking for literally decades for some methodology that would provide what our computers and software can do now. My 90 is a great combination of normal business processes that everyone either uses or needs to use. Who hates endless meetings. The EOS system reduces that to those only necessary and the time clock reminds everyone how much time is left to get business done. The scoring of the meeting puts the onus on whatever shortfalls there were in the meeting and provides immediate feedback to the host. The same goes for rocks and To do's. There is observable data for all to see. This can be stimulation for some, and allow for peer pressure (in a positive role) to help motivate or assist by teammates. I look forward to getting deeper in the use of My90 with the time I have left in my career, but I'm glad that my co-workers will have a powerful tool to help the organization grow by better practices in our daily activities. Well done folks, but there is always room for improvement, so don't stop now!

Monica was very good. My only feedback is not a reflection on her service but more on the structure. It takes 2-3 minutes between messages - there is no flow to the conversation. If the rep is allowed to attend to one client only at one time - that would be great. I am assuming she was attending to several clients because of the delay in responses. Then again, could that be latency on internet?

Thanks for the review Will. We are very proud of Monica and our whole support team here at 90. Because of the nature of the way we support our clients - through chat and email. There are some times where there is a slight delay in responses. But we feel that being able to reach out and be in contact with a live support agent in less then 5 minutes in general, beats out those support teams that work by email only where it can take hours, or days to get a response. You always have the option as well to set up a 1 - 1 phone call or video chat to help answer your questions.
