I answered a survey that was sent to me from a company that provides information for my job. I received a VIP package as a Thank You for the survey. Picking what I wanted was easy and shipping was super fast. Totally unexpected, such a treat. Customer for life Now.

Great customer service! Super easy to exchange after I didn't like my first selection. The new frames were out of stock but they quickly let me know and gave me an additional credit to use for a new pair.
