Felix was phenomenal, if all companies could run customer service like them the world would genuinely be a better place.

I never got a email with the shipping updates. So I sent them an email and they have been very very fast and very polite in responding even got a response on Sunday from them. The shipping is very fast. It’s actually out for delivery today could not be happier with the customer service and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Man these guys are awesome! Customer service is off the charts. I scheduled a phone call and every question was answered, things were verified. Knowledgeable and most of all really friendly. Even though I get a little worried about scams, I sent a few emails and got fast responses from an actual person not an automatic response. Once again super friendly and reassured me on things. Shipping was extremely fast! Glad I didn’t pay the extra money just for a couple days of waiting. Highly recommended these guys! I when have more money will definitely do more business with them again.

Chris was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sale me to something out of my price range. Yeah we all want some L3s or something comparable for nothing short of an arm or leg or even a first born child. I settled on the NL1 series. Great product btw if it was good enough for us during our GWOT days. They’ll get the job done anywhere you go. Ordered over the thanksgiving holiday and received the precious within 5 days with expedited shipping. So Christmas came early gentleman couldn’t be happier. Long live the Republic

Absolutely amazing team, they helped with every single question I had. There wasn’t any miscommunication or holdups at all. The Gen 3s I ordered look amazing with zero blemishes and it was all shipped extremely quick.

Initially had good contact with the company while waiting for an item. As soon as the item was received NVG PVS14. It was determined to be a clone body and not a true PVS14 housing. Ontop of the issue of bad marketing practices. The unit had a defective helicoil which was brought to their attention. Since the item was delivered they have failed to communicate upon the issue and are not standing behind the warranty they claim to have. Buyer beware.

Update: It took a little bit to get through to Team - which is something they still need to work to improve upon and not showing up to scheduled calls is a bad look for any business. But, at the end of the day though, NVG took care of business and I received the unit I had ordered. It's a top tier unit with excellent specs and I was really thrilled with the performance the 1st time i used it. I'll still being using them for all my thermal and nvg going forward.
