I’ve had an incredible experience with NiceKicksShop’s customer service team. From the start, they were transparent and communicative about my order, they took time to understand exactly what I wanted (specific shoe sizing and bag specifications) and worked with me through the entire process. When delays happened around the holidays, they didn’t ghost me, they apologized, explained the situation honestly, and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how they handled my concerns. When I was worried about quality, they weren’t defensive, they acknowledged my hesitation, explained their limitations transparently, and offered genuine alternatives instead of just pushing me toward a sale. They asked clarifying questions to make sure I was satisfied and genuinely tried to find solutions that worked for me. Even when we disagreed on expectations, the conversation stayed respectful and collaborative. The team is real, they’re patient, and they actually care about getting things right. That kind of service is rare, and it’s exactly why I’d recommend them.

This shop provided high quality shoes, and just as expected in the pictures. They even left little gifts and things but overall great quality shoes and great communication, it also didn’t take very long for them to arrive.

I really was unsure at first... But they made the process very simple and easy from beginning to end. From requested pics to shipping and even just general site questions, they were quick with helping me. My items shipped to me with no damage and looking just pictures showed. I would strongly recommend. I just wish they had more up to date items.
