I payed and started course on Sept 5
I payed and started course on Sept 5. A link for a video in the course was broken. After extensive back and forth I was advised that will be in touch with me after it was fixed. They never contacted me and the course expired forcing me to pay a second time and start over. Horrible company. While the company implies that i did not pay twice i have receipts that i did and i have started the program again and continue to have problems. This time i had to complete module two twice. If i could give less then one stat i would

Thomas, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, including the broken video link and the lack of follow-up. We don't see that you paid more than once, and your account has the Premier Pass, which includes free restarts so you can restart the course on your end. We've escalated your case internally, and we will reach out to you to make sure you have everything you need to complete your course. Thank you for your feedback.
