Everything was good except the necklace chain was too short. The item didn’t come with choice of a longer chain so unfortunately I had to return it

I think the diamond looks great.I just wish that the price did not increase $300.I should have bought it a week sooner but the ring is beautiful diamonds look good

The selection and ordering process was fairly straight-forward and the customer service was friendly. I had one shipping glitch which was due to a delay by FedEx.

The ring is beautiful exactly what I wanted.However when it was delivered apartment two it’s not on the first floor and that’s where they rang bell. I had to have it sent to the FedEx store near my house and I picked it up there.

The ring is nice (not into rings) as it's for someone else. The shipment was dropped off without signature so I was lucky that it wasn't compromised or my wife opened it on accident. I'm not impressed with the cardboard and Styrofoam box the ring came in and I have to buy something less cheap.

One of the earrings is bent. Good quality overall but should be a bit more careful next time. P.S: the Diamonds are better than we expected.
