Andrew made the process very clear. He was very patient and walked my wife and me through all our questions. He did not rush us or put pressure to complete the process. So being in debt and finding a solution this was a great plan and worked was very pleased but beware all creditors will be sending you a 1099 c form ( the amount of forgiveness) which then means it’s earned income that you will be paying taxes on ( Suprise ) this caught me off guard so you get out of one situation to get into another regardless of magnitude…..
