I have asked medical questions, and the "doctor" replies have been expedient and very thorough. I am very happy with that. The only thing I did not like was when my vials of product arrived, they had warm "ice packs" wrapped around them. I understood they were supposed to be cold. I refrigerated them right away, and hopefully they are fine.

emails need work. Open the email and you have to scroll down quite a bit to see the information. At first I thought the emails where empty as I have never had to scroll down so far to see the content.
