I wrote this yesterday and couldn’t get…

I wrote this yesterday and couldn’t get it to send. I am happy with the Tirzepatide. But I am not happy with communications through the portal. More than half of the time what I say to a nameless person does not get through to anyone. Here is what I wrote yesterday. But if it doesn’t go through I am not going to bother to send it. And I won’t buy from you all again I don’t think. Everyone I wrote was very nice and polite. However, how I received information or how the platform (the website or information presented) was extremely slow and more. My review may seem disjointed and I felt the presentation of information, answers to my questions, and responses to Also Be Disjointed. I was a person but I never felt there was anyone really there except the doctor who responded like a doctor. I received the medicine but the information given to me as a patient was from pamphlets not written by them. I know how to give shots etc but the information given was not structured educationally. Once I did the form and answered some questions every thing ended up and I wrote an unknown person and I received a comment. Their response and my questions were neither dated nor timed. And it was impossible to “talk” to anyone. Responses were VERY polite but they didn’t answer or know anything about my experience. And so I truly felt no one was one listened to me. I believe the people who wrote the answers to me wanted to be knowledgeable. They did not seem to be aware of how the program worked. The doctor was not part of the company. He was nice and helpful. And He understood my frustration. Strangely reordering medicine was more difficult than it was to order the drug. When I went to pay the system seemed to break down. I finally was able to speak to a human. She understood the system and what happened on my end. In the end it worked out. Sincerely Tommy B. McDonell, Ph.D.

Straightforward, Affordable, and Thoughtful Care
I’ve had a great experience with NewSelf so far. The service was easy to start, and initiating treatment was very straightforward. Compared to other services I’ve used, this one felt much more organized and affordable. The prescriber reviewed my information thoroughly, and I really appreciated being able to upload my lab work for review. Everything was clearly explained, and the prescriptions arrived exactly as described when signing up. I also liked that they included a prescription to help with nausea if needed, that extra step made the care feel more comprehensive rather than rushed. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with the experience.

Every fast service
Every fast service. From start to delivery was like 4 days. Included everything, needles, alcohol wipes and nausea medicine.
