There was a little bit of confusion at first but the “new self “ staff were responsive to my misunderstanding wanting to take things a different route. Before ending the call they made sure that I was completely satisfied with the adjustments made,….thanks guys!

I’ve had a great experience with Newself. Their customer service and medical staff respond quickly and comprehensively. The price is reasonable. The results are clear and I’ve had no major side effects, thankfully.

Overall, I’m pleased with my experience with NewSelf thus far. Customer service has been great and helpful. However, I am a little frustrated that I left a message for a doctor on July 11th and just heard back July 29th. The response wasn’t overly helpful either. Otherwise, happy with NewSelf and would recommend!

NewSelf was one of many companies I was researching when deciding to try the GLP1 option for weight loss. Going by pricing alone is often not enough but with the helpful information they have online, I was able to decide to try them. Well, I’m glad that I did as 3 months later I’m down almost 30lbs. NewSelf has literally helped me to see a new version of myself. They eased me into it and once my first 3 months was up, did a reevaluation to ensure I was getting what I needed. They have quick delivery and pricing is very competitive. I plan on another month or two before I change to one of the longer term plans to save even more. At the end of the day I was on the fence and I happened to fall on the side of weight loss. If you too are thinking about giving it a shot, go for it. NewSelf has been great to work with and I am very satisfied with my result's.
