A month ago, I needed to sort out my prescription. New Self had said the commitment was completed. I needed to provide information- history, dates and amount paid. I did this through the Chat. After 24 hours New Self agreed I had six months left on a lears subscription. Once that was clarified, I’ve had no trouble getting my subscription as promised.
