They are very prompt with getting you signed up and getting the medication to you. I wish they had a better system with getting a live representative. As long as you dint have any question or need assistance with anything they are perfect!

I honestly have not been thrilled with your company. I have switched to you from Ro due to cost. Ro constantly would ask for health updates and weight updates. You have not done that. I would email with questions and concerns. I would receive prompt responses. Until this past week I didn't. I have a question that has not been answered since August. I was not thrilled that I was charged weeks ago for my medication and then did not receive it. Then had to argue with your AI. It said I would get it in November. I asked for a human representative and it refused to get me one or forward my concern. I finally was able to express multiple concerns. Since then, it seems as if there has been a turn around. You need to prove yourselves to me.

More Than Weight Loss. I Got My Life Back! I've been a NewSelf customer for three months now, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience! In just three months, I've lost 23 pounds, but the benefits have gone far beyond the number on the scale. The entire program has been incredibly easy to navigate. The customer portal is user-friendly, response times from both customer service and the medical team have been excellent, and the instructions for the weekly injections are clear and straightforward. I also really appreciate that they include anti-nausea medication just in case it's needed. And compared to other programs, the pricing is very reasonable. But here's what has made the biggest difference for me: the constant "food noise," especially at night, is completely gone. Anyone who has struggled with that knows what an incredible relief it is. I also want to emphasize that I put in the work. I eat healthy, exercise daily, and currently run approximately 25 miles per week. But here's the thing: before starting NewSelf, I wasn't able to maintain that level of activity. This program has helped me get back to doing something I absolutely love. For me, this hasn't just been about losing weight. It's been about reclaiming my health, my energy, and my love of running. NewSelf has helped me get my life back, and I couldn't be more grateful.
