99% of orders are problem free, but I have had two orders now which did not ship to me in a reasonable amount of time. One of these unexpectedly late shipping orders forced me to purchase the identical product from a different vendor who could rush ship it to me. The Newark order which was supposed to drop ship within 2-3 days from the manufacturer on my shipping account, didn't ship out for 14 days. The Newark representative I spoke to said that the 14 day lead time was perfectly normal for the drop shipped products labeled for 2-3 day lead time. He also informed me that my purchase was non cancelleable non returnable even though the product description did not describe the order in this way. I was forced to eat $750 because the lead time in the product description was inaccurate and because Newark would not work with me. In summary: I will continue to do business with Newark, but I don't expect good customer service when things go wrong.
