First, very impressed with the quality of the materials, workmanship, speed of delivery, ease on installation, pricing and updates on when it would arrive. I ordered a ramie shade in honeynut for my French door. The site doesn’t have an online template that works for French doors so I emailed them. After some back and forth, we came up with the right plan and it turned out perfect! Highly recommend and plan to order again!

Absolutely fantastic! I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Roman shades; they bring an elegant touch to my space. The way they filter the light is simply enchanting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with this addition to my home!

Ordered the Jenna drapes for a project which, according to the website, are 73% linen and 27% cotton. When I got them, the package said 100% polyester. I reached out to customer service who then told me they are 40% linen and 60% polyester. I don't know what they are made of, but they don't look or feel like linen. Very heavy and thick. I reached out to their customer service and was offered a credit or exchange. I ended up hanging the drape to see how it looked and it looked nice, so I kept it. I also ordered 2 of the Ramie Woven Bamboo Blinds. They are beautiful and the quality is very good. I would definitely recommend these.

I love these bamboo shades. The quality of the woven fabric is great and delivery and installation was simple and easy. I chose the unlined shade and it lets the perfect amount of natural light through our kitchen while still giving some privacy and light shade. The NC-039 is the perfect neutral color and really warms up our kitchen. Highly recommend!

Company made changes to their product to solve the problem I had with my Roman Shades. I appreciate their willingness to make changes off of customer reviews. Company did a great job of making things right.
