Hi Dale, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we believe there may be some confusion regarding the company you worked with. We are Network Moving Leads, and our website is Network-Leads.com with a dash. We are not NetworkLeads.com or any other similarly named company. Our services are focused on providing moving leads, moving software, and website services to moving companies. We take all feedback seriously, but we are unable to locate your account or purchase under our company. Please contact us directly so we can verify whether this review was meant for our business. If your experience was with another company, we kindly ask that you update or remove this review, as it may be affecting the wrong business. Thank you, Network Moving Leads Network-Leads.com

Hi Rabah, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We want to clarify that our service provides verified moving leads. Every moving lead delivered through our network goes through human verification by SMS, email, or phone before being sent. We weren’t able to locate an account under your name in our system, so it’s possible there may be some confusion with another company or service. Please reach out to our support team directly with your account details and the leads you’re referring to, and we’ll be happy to review everything. If any lead we delivered was invalid or did not meet our quality standards, we’re always open to reviewing it for credit. We take feedback seriously and would appreciate the chance to resolve this directly.

Hi Steven, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we want to clarify that our company only provides verified moving leads for moving companies. We do not provide plumbing leads or work with plumbing companies, so it appears this review may be related to a different lead service or company. We also couldn’t locate an account under your name in our system. If you believe this review is for our company, please reach out to our support team directly with your account details so we can investigate further. Every moving lead delivered through our network is human-verified by SMS, email, or phone before being sent. If any moving lead we delivered did not meet our quality standards, we’re always happy to review it for possible credit. We take feedback seriously, but we want to make sure this is directed to the correct company.

Dear Fiaz, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding our services. I understand that you have expressed frustration and disappointment with the outcome of our previous communication. Allow me to address your concerns in a straightforward manner. From our records and interactions with you, it is evident that our team has consistently provided you with VIP service, going above and beyond to assist you. We have dedicated time and effort to create custom templates and funnels specifically tailored to your needs, even though these services were beyond the scope of our standard offerings. While we have made every effort to accommodate your requests and resolve any issues you encountered, it is important to note that we cannot provide a refund for the charges incurred during the period in question. This decision is based on the fact that you utilized our services, including support and multiple sessions with our team, during that time. Nevertheless, we genuinely apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding during our conversations. In an attempt to address your dissatisfaction, we are willing to offer an additional three months of free service to compensate for any inconvenience caused. We highly value your feedback and aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. If there are any further concerns or questions you would like to discuss, please do not hesitate to reach out. Best regards, Adir
