NeonSigns.comReviews of neonsigns.com

Very prompt. Had a quote to me in know time. These days sometimes you don't here from anyone for days. Looking forward to see the finished product.

Ordering was very easy. I worked with Eva for the entire process. She advised me that an image would be blurry which allowed me to replace the image and avoid a disappointing result. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

This company is the BEST! I dealt with EVA the whole time while trying to figure out what my grandaughter wanted! I ordered with the heart and received the sample almost immediately. But then I had to take off the heart... so glad they send a proof for review first. EVA was the best - very responsive! I hope everyone is as happy with their purchase and interaction with Neon Signs as I was!!!!!!! (How do I do a heart here?!)

Neon Signs customer support is great and prompt in communication. They follow up after the custom design order is submitted to approval and even gets package shipped as per customer urgency.

Just received my sign and super thrilled with it. Excellent service too! Would highly recommend!
