Huge fan of the product! But I think I got a bad batch. More than 70 broken magnets out of the 432 from my jumbo set. About every 1 in 6 is broken. Bummer.

Still havent received the shipment! Showing en route for 3 weeks!

I can get a larger diameter set cheaper from another company.

I received the pkg via the US Postal Service, in a white plastic bag. The cellophane was broken open, and hard plastic containers inside were shattered. Over 1/4 of the little bars were broken in the pkg. I emailed the company and they asked that I take pictures and send to them, which I did. I haven't heard a thing from them since. It has been 4 weeks. Not an inexpensive product, but certainly a cheap one. With terrible customer service!

This was an Easter gift for our 12 grandson who immediately gravitated to it.

Great set amazing value and VERY safe for kids with minor supervision. Can be challenging to master especially moving completed builds but entirely satisfying!

I received an opened product that was missing parts and had a few broken parts. When reaching out to support, I received no callback and no response.

Wrong product. I ordered silver, but sent colour one.
