The traditional mortgage process is broken. Buyers want a transparent, organized, and digital-first home loan experience. Instead, most lenders don’t offer visibility into basic questions like “What do I need to qualify?” or “Will I keep the same home loan rate by the end of this process?” At Neat, we aim to solve this mortgage mess, so we built a home financing company for the client first. Our platform allows home financing to happen in real-time, in a one-session process for greater speed and certainty.

We had a great experience with Neat Loans and Tom and Amanda. They helped us every single step of the way with our refinance application, making it as smooth and painless as this type of thing can ever be!! The online portal and tracking tools are also really helpful and user friendly.

Working with Neat Loans was a great experience. The platinum pre-approval gave us a competitive edge in this crazy market. Paul was very responsive through the whole process and was there to answer any questions that came up at closing. The online dashboard made it so easy to see what was needed and submit documents when it was convenient for us.

I loved the transparency of the mortgage application process. The online application provided immediate feedback about how much income was needed to qualify for the mortgage and how much of our income would be counted as qualified income. Our loan officer, Dan O'Connell, was wonderful to work with. He offered a great interest rate and was supportive throughout. I definitely recommend Neat Loans!
