Quick fix by a great tech
I called in this morning with a communication error between my POS system and my BOH system. Mike L took the call and was very friendly and able to load all the information I needed quickly. Mike is exactly the kind of person you want to deal with when you are having computer issues, he is quick, friendly, yet professional. He has no problem explaining what he is doing so that a normal person will understand. Thank you Mike, you made my day a lot smoother!

Not responding or calling me to help resolve my range extension that's been an issue for almost 2 weeks now. Really upset with customer service lately here.
