So many problems have occurred since December last year when we started the new contract. We are so frustrated every time the problem happens. This system is not reliable compared to the old system. If the things keep happening, we may change the pos to another brand like Toast.

Engineer like Kevin Butler make the support experience excellent. He has amazing customer service skills as well as technical skills. His knowledge of NCR platform is immense. We are still working on resolving the issue with Amerant Bank but overall experience has been outstanding.
