Unfortunately it seems that if anything goes wrong with the hotel and the hotel refuses to refund, it is too bad. Navan will happily take money and refuse to help. Sadly, my employer insists on using Navan.

First off, flights prices when booking via Navan are terrible. I am making a booking right now and the difference between what I can get directly on the airline website and at Navan is around 50%! Same goes for hotels - moreover, oftentimes an option to prepay you stay is MORE expensive and does not include any loyalty points. Secondly, the booking process itself is not as good as you might expect; aftet you've done booking changes are essentially impossible. The only plus is that Navan keeps all your loyalty cards in one place and applies them as needed.

We use Navan for travel and for expenses and it's so much easier than any other solution I've used in the past. I like the ease of booking all of my necessary travel in one place, it's also great that my team are aware of what is or what is not in our company policy so it's less back and forth with finance. I love that the app pre-populates when I have a receipt so it doesn't take ages to fill out an expense form. I can do it instantly and not worry I am going to lose my receipts. Very easy app to use.
