The 800 number is either always busy or on fax. How can such a big company have such poor service?

Emily has been very helpful. While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.

Opened a Nav checking account last week along with a prime card. Got approved and deposited 100 bucks as a test run. Two days ago got an email saying they closed my accounts. Same as the other people said they can’t tell me why just something about account activity. Mind you the only transaction was my deposit of 100 bucks. Wrote back demanding my deposit. Response email said basically they would send me a check but wouldn’t be there until 30 days or so. In my opinion if you have a financial company close an account, you should have a right to know why! Scammers

***Do not utilize this company.*** Nav is complete with terrible customer service and false advertisement. Their website is riddled with technical issues. Paid for services are not provided as the website won't work and keeps erroring out. Customer support, and even leadership support, are unhelpful and rude. They refused to provide us a refund within HOURS of signing up. This company is horrible.
