Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

Always great quality rugs delivered fast.

I ordered an area carpet in June 2019. I didn’t get any tracking information for a few weeks so In July I emailed and called with no response. It wasn’t until I direct messaged on Facebook that I received a response that the rug was out of stock. They refunded my money the following week, however I would not recommend this company Since I was never notified for weeks that the carpet was out of stock and unavailable. It should not have taken three separate inquiries for an answer.

The stair treads I bought looked mostly great just a few had bindings that were not sewn on straight. The product overall is good quality. Customer service was excellent.

Samples received were very high quality. Received quickly. Impressed. Thank you!

Shipped quick and looks great!
