Great company. I’ve Been a customer THREE times in FOUR years and no issues at all. The results come in sooner than expected . Email automation is accurate and helpful. I even had login trouble and was easily able to contact a real person who solved the issue immediately. And seamless billing through Medicaid insurance.

Jamie was very customer service oriented and thorough. She helped me understand the process, the mailing, and how to return the specimen. Jamie also made herself available if I had any questions regarding the testing in general. I felt like Jamie cared about me as a customer and afforded me the opportunity to be transparent about my concerns.

Carmen, my phlebotomist, was exactly on time . When she got to my apartment, I asked her if she needed to use the restroom and she was happy to have that kindness extended to her.
