The hearing Aids finally arrived but did not work properly. The right ear aide did not work at all, the left ear aide only worked for a few hour and this was after fully charging the aids. Fortunately Charlene from customer service was a great help in addressing the problem.

The feedback on both of them is really bad. With this loud feedback, when I take them out, I believe my hearing is worse than before I got them, because of the feedback. I like that they fit entirely in the ear and are practically invisible, but I just can't get them to work properly. Maybe other users will have better luck, but I give up.
