The order came quickly. The right hearing add would not hold a charge. I called Nano told them the problem and they sent me a replacement right away. They both hold a charge very well now. They work very well, as good as my last ones that cost almost 3 times as much. Probably some better. The phone app works very well also. I am happy with them so far. May update after I have had them for several months.

Waste of money , they do not enhance my rating they just make it sound like a tinny speaker . I’m very disappointed.

They was very helpful too us. The first two hearing aids he (Kenneth) tried he was unable to work them. He is handy capped so has a hard time using his fingers. They worked with us and I think the 3rd pair they sent is going to work. He still has a few days to try them. Thank you for being so helpful. The person that helped me with this process was Gaberial. He was very helpful. Kenny is my nephew and I take care of him.

So far hearing aids are working pretty good. Every now and the the left aid cases problems, but so far we are happy.
