Hard to understand person's answering phone. Takes long time to get answers. Didn't get refund. Have to try another model, and delay in getting here. The length of time it's talking would be easier just to keep the ones that don't work for me.

Able to hear mu c h more of conversations. Still tweeking out the back feed and learning how to control the button for the right adjustments.

The device works pretty good, however having the on off/volume/sound menu button at the bottom causes issues while inserting the piece. this causes a lot of feedback. It is also hard to change volume while in ear.

I had a faulty hearing aid and called about it and reprehensive was very nice and understanding. Gave me instructions on what to do and the whole operation was very easy. Only drawback was the bar code label did not have free shipping so had to take to post office to pay shipping before it would go.
