Terrible I was told that I would recieve the hearing within 7 to 10 days after I paid product was recieved after timeframe.

the the first set of in the ear advertised on TV for $295.00 did not work wouldn't stay charged we call nano and up graded to Sigma plus Bluetooth the person we talk to were very willing to help and so far it's been working great only had it for little over a week now but so far so good time will tell

It is a very cheap product. It broke when i pulled it out of my ear. I sent it in to get it repaired and had to pay 79. Got it back and it broke again Very poor quality and very overprices.

The agent that helped me (Deo) was very polite and very professional. He placed my order and explained how I could get an exchange or refund if I wasn't happy with the hearing aides.

The effectiveness of your hearing aids seems to have lost effectiveness with time. Maybe, it needs a cleaning ?

The left hearing aid would turn on after two days. Don’t seem to charge but the green light is on. Won’t turn on or off. Can’t change volume.

This product did not work for my mom. We tried several fittings and still could hear a whistle sound. We were pleased with the item, but just did not work HOWEVER I'm trying to return these as was given as guarantee satisfaction and can get NO ONE to contact me back on the procedure. I am very concerned about that aspect of this product!!!!!
