I found better fit and easier to manage and control its features. Still a little to sensitive and loud what tells me I need more time to control.

thank u foe helping get the best from the hearing aids. unfortunately i could not get abvve 40 % volume without whisting. w hich was not enough to carry a conversationin the house. tv had to be so loud that my family could not tolerate it. therefore ihave asked to return it. your company is supplying a unit that may help. thank u for that. will try.

Simply stated, Nano hearing aids do not hold a charge. I've made numerous attempts, day after day, to use my Nano hearing all day. Case in point, I put my aids on charge early Saturday evening, and watched my evening TV without them, hoping they would help me get through Church on Sunday. I removed them from the charger about 11:00, to go to meeting at Noon. Church started at noon. By 1pm, my right ear's aid died. Church doesn't end until 2:00 pm. I came home, hoping to watch/hear TV in the afternoon and by 2:15, the left ear aid quit. Please send refund and materials to return the aids, soon as possible.

They are working fine; It will take me a while to get the volume right and knowing what I am doing with the beeps, and learning to ignore my voice echo but I know it will take time. Thank you

I received notification that the product was shipped 6/5/23 and expected delivery date was 6/9/23. I received notification that the item was just shipped today 6/12/23. If this is the way you do business I am tempted to return the item when (if) I get it. Why the delay??

Seam like a good hearing aids to me for the money. Will take some time to get use to them like they say. Just think the directions should be a little more detail especially for an towards seniors. Only time will tell on how well they are going to work and feel down the road.
