Michelle was very helpful with various steps to check and improve my experience with the aids. Unfortunately even though the aids fit my ears very comfortably, any and all adjustments failed to help with my hearing problems. Thank you for your help

The nano on the rt was losing parts after one day. Tented to make a lot of noise. Never had hearing aide before.

Hello Larry, It's very important to change the domes on your device due to the fact that most of the sound quality comes from the dome. The correct Volume and sufficient battery are also essential to establish a good quality of sound. Please be advised that it normally takes 21 days for the brain to get used to wearing hearing aids so all I ask is that you wear these every day for a few more days/weeks to ensure you really let your ears adjust. Squealing or feedback can occur for many different reasons. We have provided some of the more common reasons below to help you troubleshoot your issue: 1. Check for ear wax: earwax build-up is a common cause of acoustical feedback. When a sound wave hits a solid block of earwax, that sound wave shatters, sending sound every which-away including back out the ear to get re-amplified by the hearing aid microphone. 2. Check the fit: A loose fitting hearing aid allows amplified sound waves to escape the ear canal around the hearing aid, reach the mic and off we go again in a feedback loop. 3. Speaker Placement: If the direction of the receiver is off and pointing directly into the wall of the ear canal, it can cause the amplified sound to bounce back into the hearing aid and the whistling begins. 4. Hearing Aid damage: The sound tube may become damaged over time by aggressive cleaning, the mic may have gotten pushed in, or there could be a crack in the hearing aid casing. I have NOT used the hearing aids. From what I read, I am afraid to use them. If i press them in harder than should, they get stuck, I have to go to a hearing place to have them extracted. I''m OLD, not driving any more in distance. Let my son help me. I was in hosp when my son returned, so NO number attached to pkg.so asked how I get my money back. Still don't know.

They are too noisy and sound horrible. I will be returning if I could get somebody to answer phone to get the number k beee to have to get a refund.

Prompt delivery satisfied with the end results first pair give me way too much feedback and could not get it to stop contacted distributor and sent out a new one immediately only problem is sending the old units back. I have no idea where to send them then waiting on that information For three weeks now P

Your people are great to work with. I have tried off and on for over 4 days to get the Nano hearing aids to work for me. I use oxygen full time and hooking and unhooking the lines over my ears a big problem. Going to try again over the weekend. So sorry to have to return them. Maxine Ryan

They just don’t work for him. They do not fit his ears. We will be calling to return the second pair.
