Prompt delivery, packaged well. Comfortable fitting, battery charge only lasts 8- 10 hours. Sound less whistling than other hearing aids.

The hearing aids were well made and worked as designed, but I just could not get used to having something in my ear. I was very uncomfortable for me so I had to retrn the aids for a refund and the process was not difficult.

Customer service is very important and they are there when I need them

Any company can sell a product, but standing behind the sale is a true understanding of that company and Nano passed this test. I bought x2r hearing aids 6 months ago and the right aid stopped working so I called and it was replaced within 5 minutes of my call. Of course I'm waiting now for shipping but Nano came right in and fixed the problem. That 5 stars in my book.

bought for my wife's birthday July 4th. she'll get them on July 4th. stay tuned we'll let you know how we like them.

My husband can not tell if they are on or off and when he goes to put them in his ears, most of the time they do not work. Once in a while they do, but like I said he can NOT tell when he puts them in the case, if they are on or off. he even felt them off so pushed the button again but they still did not work the next morning. He would like to return them and get our money back. My husband is going to try to make them work after hearing from you. Thank you very much.
