We are having difficulty even though we are following the instruction booklet and understanding and learning how to use the hearing aids best. One of the problems is that most of the customer service support staff do not have good command of the English language, and speak with accents that are not understandable. You are dealing with an elderly person who doesn't hear well. I only wish that one my mother calls someone can communicate effectively, slowly and clearly speaking good English.

I have been trying to get a rma for two days and still don’t have one. I tried all day yesterday with email and was finally told that it had to be done via phone. I called this morning and got someone that verified my info and was it on hold for 5 minutes or more, then he returned and said they would give me a callback. That was over two hours ago and still nothing. Really great fun just to return hearing aids, Glen

Just don’t work. Getting chirping noises, can’t understand what people are saying. Still can’t hear

Hello Jane, I'm sorry if you're having trouble with your hearing aids. Background noises are usually heard when it's not the right fit earbud used. You would need to lower the volume settings of your hearing aids and use a tight seal earbud that would sit comfortably in your ears. Nano Hearing Aids were delivered quickly. I just can not use these hearing aids as my hearing is at a greater loss than the Nano can help with.
