Hearing aids were shipped quickly but were not helpfol to me. I could hear better without the hearing aids than with them The upgraded ones sent were refurbished ones and didn't work at all.

I love the Nano Hearing Aid Company. They work with their Customers to make sure they can hear. If there is a problem with one or both Hearing Aids, they will Replace, Up grade, or Refund your money, if you contact Customer Service within 45 Days.

As is usual , I cannot get the units in ear so the aids don't fall out. As it is now more than a month ago since I received them I haven't used them for a minute. No way can I find a way to get them into my ears ro stay there .

Delivery of the Nano Hearing Aids was ahead of schedule. Reading the instructions was fine, but understanding them was a bit difficult. Wearing the units is difficult. I am not as pleased with these as I was with the first Over-the-Ear set originally bought BUT, those caused me much discomfort when wearing my glasses. I'm not sure I plan to keep these but I will wait on my final decision closer to the end of the 45-day FREE TRIAL, which is on or before September, 29, 2023.
