We never received test materials for George Vernum at Lee County Port Authority.
Response from myTTConline· Apr 24, 2024
Michael, we're sorry for the inconvenience. While we do show that the materials were delivered 2 days before training to the address supplied using the provided tracking number, we understand that this did not help. In recognition of this experience, we did process a full refund to the card used for the registration. We are also pleased to share the George did pass his exam and is certified.

MyTTC was great to work with! I initially signed up for the wrong course and the team was quick to assist making it right. Then the material was delivered with a common sense approach and at a speed that the entire class was able to keep up with. I've already recommended this training to others.
