Today, I took the 15 credit course with Chris. He was AWESOME, in spite of waking up for a 7:30a.m start, it was a very professional, enjoyable, informative course with lots of feedback from classmates and Chris. Don't think TWICE, just sign up, it's that awesome!!!!

Taking the Broker's Pre-licensing requirement class with MyTristaracademy had been a very positive experience for me. As a part time realtor trying to transition into a full time broker, there is so much in the Real Estate Market that I did not know. Cindy Sinanan, the Instructor gave me that wealth of knowledge, both in theory and by sharing her practical experience of being a broker, a business owner and entrepreneur herself. Throughout her instructions online, in what could have been a boring class of 135 hours, she kept the participants engaged and let them share their own experiences. It would be unjust for me to name a few and leave the others, but everyone of the colleagues, chimed in to give the part timers like me, their knowledge, their experiences and their skills in navigating a successful career out of REAL ESTATE. Thanks to Cindy Sinanan, my colleagues and the administrative staff of Sarah Sinanan for all their efforts in making this a valuable experience for me. This is probably one of the best, if not the best, class I have ever taken in the years of real estate I have been in! Chris was awesome, I actually LEARNED NEW THINGS through his class and it was not a waste of 3 valuable hours of my time. All teachers for CE classes should be selected and screened to be like him, honest, transparent, prepared, fun, interactive and full of great and valuable information for realtors, both to new and seasoned realtors. If I could I would give him 10 stars, I was ready for one more boring CE class and a waste of my time. Awesome instructor!
