Hi Melissa, we're sorry you feel that way. There is no way to tell the condition the boxes will be delivered in. While our boxes are specifically created for its sturdiness to withhold during shipping, it is expected that it will not be delivered clean. The box you are referring to would have been our Christmas box, the items were clearly advertised not only on our website but through social media and emails. We hope the other boxes are more impressive to you.

Hi Derwin, there is no record of you ever having placed an order with us. Can you provide your order number if this is the case? As you can see, there are multiple reviews that prove that we are a in fact an actual trustworthy business. If you were indeed a subscriber, in your portal there would be an option to cancel. This further proves that everything you are stating is inaccurate. Have a great day!

Hi Caroline, you did in fact order our "Eid Indian Arrival day" box as was advertised hence the selection of items in the box. Our boxes are seasonal and go hand in hand with the celebrations on the islands at that point in time. This season we celebrated Eid Ul Fitr as well as Indian Arrival Day. Next time we are open to answering any questions before purchases are made.

Rukiya, we have addressed this issue with you twice before on 2 different mediums. As we stated then, the box you ordered was the October’s Folklore Box. While you were hoping for the September box, that was not what you ordered. Our website clearly states that each month’s boxes ship on the 21st of each month and if your order is placed after that date, you will be getting the following month’s box. Your order was placed on September 30th- well after the lock-off date. As we also previously mentioned, each month we consistently show the contents of the boxes so customers are aware BEFORE they purchase. They can also reach out to us to inquire and we will happily reveal the contents to them. We are sorry you felt as though the contents didn’t live up to Your expectation of Trinidad and Tobago but we can assure you that we represent our islands, culture and small vendors with each box we do. Your box contained popular local snacks, a popular BERTIE’S pepper sauce, a face mask from a local designer, a book written by a Trinidadian New York Times best seller on our Local Folklore and the like. All well enjoyed by others that received them. Besides the Folklore Boxes you ordered, you also got additional snacks of your own choosing added on that were a part of the September box. And while you feel the need to let others know your experience, this is first time we have had issue like this as our customers are usually well aware of what they order. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Kenche, as stated on our website, all orders ship on the 21st of each month. If your order is heading into Canada, it usually takes a few days longer to get there. We hope you understand.

Hi Nindy, it’s stated on our website that all boxes ship on the 21st of each month. Your order was placed on August 31st which was after the cut off date for that month’s box, so naturally your box was shipped on September 21st.
