I bought the ticket from My Ticket Deal , From houston To Saigon By ANA airlines from website i paid 1523$ , and they don’t sent me confirmation, and I call my ticket deal talk with Jerry , He told me your ticket that trip go up to 1850$ , he told me if cancel he will charge processing fee , do not buy tickets from them ,

Booked Southwest flights with them online at $375. Got a text confirming. Some minutes later got a call saying Southwest price went up $99.10 while the transaction was pending. So now Southwest tickets were $474.10. Sent email to which I had to reply with “I accept”. Was told if I canceled would be $60 charge. Southwest doesn’t charge to cancel but they do. Totally bogus with two charges on my credit card, $375 to Southwest and $99.10 to them. Called Southwest and same exact flights through them were $375 total! Scam and beware.

John was so helpful with booking our flight after being told our original one was not available. He was able to give us what we want still in our price range.
