Slow shipping, supplementing waned was back ordered. Been waiting close to a month to receive something. Won’t use this company again

Hi Dean. I sincerely apologize for the delay. The product you ordered was on a long backorder through the manufacturer. We are starting to receive those products back in and the long delay shouldn't happen again.

Although the wait for my product was extensive (NOT mysupplementstore fault - backorder) they were amazingly helpful and responsive to the updated info and shipping/tracking! 5 star customer service-response, 5 star on ease of ordering, 5 star shipping time (once notified it shipped i had it in 2 days) For the product, too soon to tell, but so far it was a 'ease' into energy, no hard crash, no jitters (and i love my essresso- hasnt affected me) ... can feel a gradual warm up and boost and all day ER kind of feel, thumbs up!

Submitted order on 05/19. SIX days later and it’s still in “Unfulfilled” status. Hasn’t moved at all. It’s odd because immediately after my order I received an email that told me the people in the warehouse were all so excited about my order. I feel if they were that enthusiastic it would have at least left the building by now. Honestly they had better shipping times when I was ordering from Afghanistan. 😐
