Had some connectivity issues with my computer so I placed my order over the phone, customer service was outstanding, shipped the very next day and delivered to an APO address in less than two weeks. Excellent job I will definitely use mysupplementstore.com again.

I've ordered several times and service this time is horrible. Still has not been shipped and order was placed 2 weeks ago, my card was charged the day I placed the order . Will have to re think ordering from this company again, poor customer service.

I've never had a bad experience at mysupplementstore.com. I've ordered supplements and had them delivered both to the US and to armed forces mailboxes overseas and have never had an issue. On one occasion they were out of stock of a supplement and sent me an email right away and offered me the chance to switch it to a similar product with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Awesome company. Awesome service. Great prices.

I placed a order on oct 15 and still have NOT gotten it oct 30 it said 2-5 days. i called on the 29 they said they are sending it out but still i have not received any email yet about it being send to me .
