Horrible customer service!!! Ordered product and the site said NOTHING about what I ordered being out of stock. A few days after I ordered I got an email saying it was out of stock and on back order. I'm going on 3 weeks and still have not been contacted about when the product will be in stock and ship to me! Last time I order form them!!

Ordered product then never received it. Called said they shipped to wrong person. They offered a shaker cup for my troubles. Will not order from them again.

(US to Australia parcel). My only dislike would be the shipping time, but I can hardly blame that on the company. Otherwise, happy all around.

Found what I needed at a reasonable cost. Shipping affordable! Delivery was fast as well. Am pleased with the product. Was as expected. Will order from MSS again

Ordered micronized creatine from the brand LifeExtension. I received non-micronized (called manufacturer who confirmed this) and have to return it.
