I'm content with my purchase and would suggest using Mysupplementstore to do any supplement purchases. I really liked the information they had on the products as well as their help in finding what was the best fit.

I have sent three emails to mysupplementstore.com explaining that I had not received my package. Two days ago the only response I got was that it was returned to them and they could resend it to me. I said I needed it quickly, that I shouldn't have to wait another week. I made this order on January 12, 2016. As of today, I've not been offered a refund, the tracking number says that my package is stuck in IA when I'm in Texas, I was never offered an option to have it shipped overnight for my inconvenience, and I am extremely unhappy with the communication provided. I will never recommend them nor will I purchase from here again.

I ordered well before the same day shipping deadline and they still didn't send out my stuff until the next day. Not only were they slow to ship but also took two days longer than they stated.

I placed my order late due to working 3rd shift and my order was processed and shipped in the morning after. Great experience would recommend this company to anyone.

I was very happy when I received the product but very disappointed when I opened the containers. They were not properly sealed and anyone can easily open them and close them or easily get in to them. I almost wanted to send them back because I did not trust drinking them. I just hope something can be done about that because I would like to keep ordering each time I need them and not worry about it being opened by someone else. Or wonder if I will be drinking something other than what I ordered. Thanks

It took my order two weeks to arrive. I guess one of my items was out of stock, however they never notified me, so my order sat for almost two weeks until it was finally shipped. Poor communication and customer service. I ordered with the expectation from the website "ships same day with 3-5 day shipping". Didn't happen not sure I'll order from here again or if I do I'll make sure to allow plenty of time as I was out of my supplements for a while until I finally received my order.
