There was an issue with me not being able to check out. Called in and the young lady took care of the problem right away placing the order for me, and even making suggestions, as there was a couple products that I ordered on back order. I am very satisfied. Customer service was excellent

I'd stick with IML products, won't do black stone labs again...not impressed. Quality Control was sub par and I've found multiple broken pills. Also, normally get a good bit of samples....this time I got one measley sample pack of pre workout.

I never recieved the product I ordered, its been well over 16 days and I have sent them 2 emails regarding the order, its been over 3 days, never received any reply. This company is BS with no good customer service like cmon Im really frustrated man PLEASE REPLY GODAMMIT AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING OR REFUND MY MONEY. Thank you. (I live in canada btw and ask for the screenshots of the emails if you want)
