I have been on a weight loss journey with RNK for over a year and recently I got frustrated and wanted to quit. A great customer representative named Rachael took time to personally address my concerns and questions. She even gave me the number to get her personally, if I should need her in the future. I highly recommend RNK and of course Rachael she's wonderful.
