Quality of the product is terrible. Picture frame came with scratches and dents. The picture looks like something I could have printed at home.

Definitely a scam company that cheats their customers and provides poor service! Kicks people out of "chat" when they can't answer questions. I pay extra for fast delivery, and still haven't received my product. when i arrange for money back they won't give anything back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

The quality of this product is far from what you see in the ads. The quality of the printing is low, the paint of the frame is chipped and the gift wrapper I added was crumpled. I could have printed it from home and spend less than $10. What a waste of purchase

Extremely happy with my experience. Was quick to respond to my email and help me fix a mistake on my part and accommodated all my needs and wants. Super friendly and professional. Would a 100% recommend them.
