Great customer service

The phone case has been received and I thank you. After reading very bad reviews of your company I wasn’t sure I would receive my item. Satisfied customer.

The case fell apart as soon as I opened it. The back camera cover came off and the case is very flimsy.

I’ve now had 4 of these cases and yes the delivery takes over two weeks the quality is superb. 👌

This company uses brand name styles and sends out fake lookalikes. Looked for and wanted an Otter ox Defender case and that brought up Defender lookalike so I bought it. Unlike the real Otterbox Defender phone case I expected it was just another rip off hard plastic look alike in a cheap ziploc style bag, no papers, nothing. What a scam. Will return it, I will get my refund too.

Be very careful people. This Maxphonecase does not live up to its promises. I ordered for two cases 3 weeks ago today and I have never received them. They took the money off my account and I have sent them many emails non of which they have replied to. But from them at your own risk. I also heard from another person who ordered cases from them that the quality of the cases they sent to her were “FAKE” and looked nothing like what’s being advertised. For my case I have received nothing and my money is gone. #becareful

When I put my iPhone SE in the case, the protective screen didn't allow access to use my phone. This is the 2nd generation iPhone SE. No matter how hard I pushed down on the screen, my touch didn't reach my iPhone. And the tab that switched from audible ring to silent ring came broken. Sorry, but I won't be using this product.
