I ordered 10 items only got 3. Where is the rest of my order???

I was sent the wrong product.....trying to return it for a refund.....or if you can send the right product

The item I got was good, but shipping was so expensive, and as soon as I opened it I sneezed from whatever chemical smell it had in it.

It didn't take long to receive my order. I got what I paid for which was hair products, however the canisters of spray won't spray ! So it looks like I'm out of close to $100.00 .OTC, please help me !!
