myotcstore.comReviews of myotcstore.com

No reservations. I would recommend this company to anyone

The prices are very good. I would have given myotcstore.com 5 stars but there was some confusion accompanying my order. I only received 2 of the 3 boxes of Eco Drink I ordered. The invoice showed a partial charge with full shipping for 3 boxes while my PayPal account was charged the full amount for the total order. I sent an email to them and got a response customer support the next day that my missing box was being shipped through UPS Mail / USPS final delivery.

I could not figure out the problem with my order: I kept trying... I had to send my request for help. Then everything worked out. But it was a bit of a hassle.

The product was as advertised but it took over 10 days to receive. It was 7 days before they shipped.

Thanks for great customer service!

Except for the amount of time it takes to get to my house, it would be 5 stars.

Very good service

Low prices on many items. But the shipping cost is a little high.
